Frames?
Frames are navigation tools that allow mutiple pages to be displayed on the screen at one time. Each frame displays a single page. Our web site uses frames on our introductory pages and our site links to numerous other sites that may use frames.
Printing in frames
Frames allow mutiple pages to be displayed at one time. If you only want to print the information contained in one of the frames this can be done. Simply move your cursor inside of the frame you wish to print and click once on your left mouse button. This selects the frame. Select the PRINT option from the FILE menu of your web browser.
Navigation
The navigation for our site are the drop down lists in the header and also the right side menu field of your screen.
Scrolling
Look to the far right side of your screen. The vertical bar that you see is called a scroll bar. Not all pages will have a scroll bar. You will only find a scroll bar on pages where there is more text than can fit on your PC screen. The arrows at the top and bottom of your scroll bar will move the text up and down on your screen.
The fastest way to get to our site
You can "bookmark" our site through your web browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer calls these "Favorites" and Netscape calls them "Bookmarks." Selecting the "" or "bookmarK" eliminates the need to type in our URL (universal resource locator) address each time you want to visit.
Trouble opening forms?
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open some of our online forms. If you have difficulty opening or printing a form, first upgrade to the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available as a "free" download off the Internet. Some forms may require Adobe Reader 8.1 or higher.
Click on the "Get Adobe Reader" button once you are in the Adobe site. Adobe Reader Download
Most of our forms open best in Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. If you have not upgraded your browser recently you may find that you will have an improved browsing experience by doing so.

Why some text is underlined in blue
Typically text that is blue and underlined in blue is a hyperlink, or link, to another section of this site or a site on the World Wide Web. Links help you move quickly to areas of interest. Use your mouse to click on any of these links. You will instantly move to a new location.
